Ingredients
Quinoa, tapioca, soy, seeds [mustard, white & black sesame, pepita, caraway] (6%), sunflower oil, vinegar, yeast, guar gum, sugar (for yeast activation only). WARNING: While not used in this recipe, tree nuts, eggs and dairy are used in other products made in our bakery. CONTAINS SOY AND SESAME.
All our ingredients are natural with no added preservatives, artificial colourants, flavours, sweeteners nor genetically modified ingredients.
Storage: refrigerate or freeze this loaf to significantly extend its life. Refrigerated loaves last up to 2 weeks and frozen loaves last up to 6 months when stored correctly.
