It is a unique gluten-free and grain-free bread that remains moist and does not require toasting when eaten fresh. However, toasting enhances its uniquely delicious flavours, making it the most versatile and complementary to other ingredients.

Ingredients: tapioca, quinoa (21%), soy flour, sunflower oil, white vinegar (from cane), yeast, sugar (to activate the yeast), salt , guar gum. Please note: while not used in this recipe, tree nuts, sesame, eggs and dairy are used in other products made in our bakery. CONTAINS SOY.

Storage: refrigerate or freeze this loaf to significantly extend its life. Refrigerated loaves last up to 2 weeks and frozen loaves last up to 6 months when stored correctly.
